The Divine Way holds that spiritual contemplation is incomplete until it steps outside itself to care for the suffering. Yet service can easily become an exercise in subtle ego if conducted without strict ethical guardrails. Here is how we serve.
Compassionate Service (Manav Seva)
When we assist those in material or physical distress, we adhere to four core ethical rules:
- Open Announcement: Food drives, medical aid, and service gatherings are announced openly in advance so volunteers can participate freely and those needing support know where to arrive without shame.
- Absolute Dignity of the Recipient: We never photograph or record people in vulnerable, hungry, or distressed states for promotional banners, social media clout, or donor validation. The camera belongs away from the moment of giving.
- Giving with Both Hands: We hand food and support with both hands, meeting the receiver’s eyes with humility, acknowledging the divine Atma in them as our equal.
- Zero Proselytization: Aid is never tied to religious conversion, attending prayers, or adopting our terminology. The Father’s rain falls equally on all ground.
Peer-Reviewed Scientific Mechanism: Altruism, Oxytocin & Anti-Inflammatory Longevity Explore Evidence
Mechanism: Altruistic behavioral engagement activates central dopaminergic and oxytocinergic pathways ("helper's high"), significantly correlates with reduced circulating inflammatory markers (specifically Interleukin-6 / IL-6), and is prospectively associated with lower all-cause mortality.

Weekly Fellowship (Satsang) & The Open Table (Bhandara)
Local circles gather once weekly for approximately 75 minutes. There is no permanent priest, guru podium, or commercial transaction. Facilitators rotate among members.
The 75-Minute Gathering Flow
- Stillness & The Core Prayer (15 min): Gathering in quiet breath, letting the week's tensions subside, reciting the Core Prayer together.
- Grounded Dialogue (30 min): Reading a short reflection or public-domain passage from the Three Streams (Upanishads, Gita, Gospels), sharing honest life lessons without debate or intellectual display.
- The Open Table / Bhandara (30 min): Sharing a warm, simple vegetarian meal prepared collectively. Everyone eats as equals at the same level—no VIP seats, no payment, 100% free of charge.
"Within every human being lives the same immortal Atma. Here, there is no high or low, no insider or outsider. Regardless of birth, caste, gender, nationality, or faith label, you are an equal child of the Father and are welcomed with both hands."
At our Open Table, all sit at the same level. We strictly reject all birth-based hierarchies, untouchability, and gender segregation. Guna (character) and Karma (compassionate action) alone define human nobility.
How to Start a Circle in Your Neighborhood
You do not need an official license, certificate, or building to begin a Divine Way fellowship. You only need two or three sincere people.
- Find a quiet living room, garden, or community space.
- Agree to the Covenant of Integrity (no money, no guru worship, free fellowship).
- Download the free book and weekly reflections from this site.
- Sit in stillness, share the Core Prayer, and break bread together.
"Where two or three gather in simple love and stillness, the Father’s peace is present."
